4 Estes Park Music Festival at the Stanley Hotel presents Amadeus Trio in the music room at 2 pm, $5 admission fee. Call 586-1163 for information.
24 - 25 Discovery Snowshoe Series- Sponsored by Tubbs and the Estes Park Chamber of Commerce, the Series features tours to Rocky to enjoy the beauty of the Park on snowshoes every Saturday and Sunday. Rentals and instruction are available.
9 - 2/15 Fire and Ice - featuring 42 member artists' artwork in several media including paintings, oils, watercolor, mixed media, acrylic, photography, ceramics, glass, jewelry, fiber, and sculpture. Opening reception Friday evening January 9 from 5 to 7 pm.
11 Estes Park Music Festival at The Stanley Hotel presents Steve Erhardt, guitar. Stanley Concert Hall, 2 pm, admission fee, $5.00, at the Stanley Hotel. 586-1163
16 A Century of History: Elitch Gardens Take a visual journey back with Elitch Garden's Park Historian Betty Hull to glimpse more than a century of the rich history of Elitch's. Board Room, Municipal Building, 170 MacGregor Ave. 7 pm.
16 & 17 Midnight Blue - an evening of four-hand piano and voice performed by Rachel Aurand and Michelle DuBois. 7 pm in the MacGregor Room at the Stanley Hotel. $10 adults, $5 for seniors and children 12 and under sold at the door 1 hour prior to each performance.
18 Estes Park Music Festival at The Stanley Hotel presents Plainsong Trio, Music Room, 2 pm, admission fee, $5.00, at the Stanley Hotel. 586-1163
24 Cobwebs and Crystal. Speaker from the Colorado Historical Society will share stories and slides about some of the historic hotels of Colorado, including the Brown Palace, and the Tabor House. Free, 2 pm in the Board Room, Municipal Building, 170 MacGregor Ave.
